Ice cream update: Sadly, the blueberry ice cream didn't turn out right. It was decent, but I could taste the eggs and no blueberries outside of the chunks. 😭 Back to the drawing board with this flavor.

Just started making blueberry ice cream. The first time, back in January, it tasted more like vanilla than blueberry. So hoping this time it's better. I followed a different recipe, cooked the blueberries, and it's currently chilling in the fridge. So wish me luck! #icecream

E. Hughes Is the second cup ice used to make the ice cream? It looks good. Almost like Blue Moon flavored ice cream.
Supreme Overlord Yes. The ice is melted, but you put the canister in first, then fill the bucket, outer sides of the canister, with the ice.
