Alex Morton E .. are you able to eat sheep's milk yogurt? Mina is lactose intolerant so we buy that yogurt at Whole Foods. They also have goat yogurt.

E. Writer I have not considered other animal milk products. I had a reaction to dairy in 2021 and haven't had any since.
