M. C. Ryder Yes, I saw they "cloned" the dire wolf. I'm not entirely convinced and have mixed feelings.
E. Writer I wondered about that too. How 50,000 year old DNA is still usable. They claimed to have used about 99% and mixed the rest with the DNA from some other animal. I forget which one.
Alex Morton Have you ever read Farley Mowat's book, Never Cry Wolf? Long ago, he wrote about how wolves are misunderstood.
