I cooked the dish steak diane. It’s pan fried steak, covered in a creamy pan sauce. The sauce has heavy cream, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, and seasonings. I love to cook 👩🏾🍳

Andrew Morgan Time is a river, a tiger, a flame. I am that river, that tiger, that flame. I am time, and time consumes me. --Jorge Luis Borges

I made Jamaican beef patties. I also decided to change it up. I used some of the spicy beef mixture to make burgers. I put the beef on brioche rolls with melted cheddar cheese. The usual recipes for Jamaican beef patties use scotch bonnet peppers. Those are not easy to find. So I ordered scotch bonnet pepper sauce instead.
E. Writer That looks delicious 😋
