Andrew Morgan I've moved around in my life enough that I'm homesick for all these places and people and times. But especially for the Sonoran Desert, I went to HS on the north edge of Phoenix (wide open then and now nothing but absurd lawns and subdivisions). It was the early 70s and we were desert rat hippies.

E. Writer I met her in college in 1999 at Chicago State university on my birthday! She was the keynote speaker at the annual Black Writer's Conference. We sat back to back (our chairs) at the banquet. Her speech was phenomenal. She did Shakespeare a d Paul Laurence Dunbar, We Wear the Mask.

I made Guyanese chicken and rice. The dish consists of: chicken thighs, onion, sweet bell peppers, scallions, ginger, garlic, coconut milk, basmati rice, and a variety of seasonings. It’s a very tasty dish!

Andrew Morgan It has suicide doors. Being a Honda Element driver, I like those. At least on the Element, the two doors open with no post inbetween. There is no chance the rear door may open while car in motion because it has to be shut before the front door will shut. I can't tell you how annoying it is to rent a car and have to put up with that post in between front and rear seats, after you grown accustomed to the Element.
