I made Jamaican beef patties. I also decided to change it up. I used some of the spicy beef mixture to make burgers. I put the beef on brioche rolls with melted cheddar cheese. The usual recipes for Jamaican beef patties use scotch bonnet peppers. Those are not easy to find. So I ordered scotch bonnet pepper sauce instead.

I cooked Filipino chicken tocino, cheesy jasmine rice, and roasted broccoli. For dessert I made a cookie butter cheesecake pie.

Roy Scarbrough I'm less concerned about my taxes than on the taxes not paid by the rich who continue to accumulate untaxed wealth. That's the scam. Workers create wealth, which is pocketed by the rich, who tax-shelter the proceeds.
